Basic education council started preparations, proposal will be put in council meeting
If all goes well, then in the coming days the online application process will also start for the transfer / adjustment happening inside the district. The Basic Education Council has started preparations for this. Till now, the process of online transfer was available only for inter-district transfer to be done at the state level. The council is now compiling the facts necessary to start the process of online application for the transfer to be done in the district. Soon the proposal will be prepared and placed in the council meeting.
The purpose of the council is to make the department high-tech and also make the system transparent, behind the introduction of online application process for transfer of teachers in the district itself. If everything is online, basic education officers will not be able to do any kind of arbitrary transfer within the district. Like the online application process of inter-district transfer, teachers will have to apply for transfer within the district. The special thing is that if a teacher wants to transfer in the middle of the year, then the approval of Basic Education Council will be necessary for him. While transferring, it will be kept in mind that for how many years the teacher has been working in backward area or blocks near the city. Many more facts are being considered including subject wise data feeding of teachers, presence of teachers in schools. So that there is no problem in starting the system.
